Citation Reviews

A safety citation issued by Labor & Industries (L&I) notifies an employer of Division of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH) inspection results including any violations found, penalties, and correction dates. We will evaluate the severity of the citation and recommend appropriate next steps. Our team is also available for ongoing support should you request additional correction time from L&I or decide to appeal the citation.
