Archbright's Retrospective Rating Programs
What is Retrospective Rating?
Washington's Retrospective Rating Program is a voluntary L&I incentive program that rewards employers for maintaining safe workplaces and effectively managing workers' compensation claims. After the coverage period ends, L&I compares your premium contributions to your claims experience. When claim costs are lower than anticipated, eligible employers may receive refunds on a portion of their workers' compensation premiums.
