The HR & Safety Toolkit

The Archbright HR Toolkit is a rich knowledge base of hundreds of documents including policies, forms, templates, letters, and guidance. Available to Silver and Gold members only, you can download the resources you need at any time.

Legal Advice

Silver and Gold Archbright members receive employment law and labor law advice and counsel from the Archbright legal team. Silver members receive 15 hours each year, and Gold members receive unlimited advice.

Archbright Surveys

There are three ways members access our annual survey reports:

  • When you join as a Bronze, Silver, or Gold member, we’ll give you our current survey reports for free.
  • Then participate in a survey and receive the data for free when published.
  • Bronze, Silver, and Gold members who do not participate in a survey may purchase our survey reports at special member rates.

Employee Handbook Review

One of our most popular benefits, Silver and Gold members receive an employee handbook review by an HR Pro and an Archbright attorney. Submitted handbooks must be no more than 100 pages in length. We recommend our members review their handbook once every two years to ensure compliance in light of changing employment laws.

Market Pricings

Get access to market-driven data to help you make pay decisions with more consistency and accuracy. Gold members receive up to 4 total cash job market pricings for non-executive level positions during the membership year for jobs found within Archbright’s current compensation survey data set (any specialized or executive positions will incur additional charges).

$2K Credit for Public Classes

Gold members receive a $2,000 credit towards Archbright University class registrations for public classes held in Seattle, Spokane, and other locations throughout Washington State, as well as live, instructor-led virtual classes. Courses cover all aspects of leadership, supervision, HR, safety, and more. It does not apply to onsite classes or on-demand, elearning classes.

Labor Negotiations

Our experienced legal team has negotiated thousands of union contracts with all local unions in the private and public sector. Gold members receive up to 20 hours/year of labor negotiations. This includes collective bargaining or “table time,” preparation meetings, drafting proposals and contract language, and responding to union requests for information. 

The HR Snapshot

Available only to members, this online survey helps you evaluate the health of your company’s HR function. Simply respond to a series of yes/no questions about your HR practices and uncover items to address to ensure compliance and grow employee engagement in your organization. Your results will be displayed onscreen at the end of the survey.

As a member, you may reserve some of our meeting room spaces at our state-of-the-art Seattle office for your next offsite. We can accommodate 2 to 18 people. Fees apply.
