Bringing new staff on board or upgrading the skills of existing staff is a welcome step toward increased productivity and efficiency. In order to train most effectively, the trainer must have a solid, standardized approach as well as the ability to adjust to the individual learner’s needs on the spot.

In Training-the-Trainer, participants will learn how to deliver hands-on training for any subject—from manufacturing to call centers to accounting. The principles covered in class are based on recent brain research and will help make training relevant, efficient, and memorable.

After completing this course, participants will be able to:

  • Use their strengths and improve their weaknesses as trainers
  • Adjust training strategies to the learner
  • Increase learner retention using principles from recent brain research
  • Plan training using a standardized approach
  • Give effective feedback to learners

Our live, instructor-led classes are designed for, and rely on, active participation to ensure a quality learning experience. Because of this, these sessions will not be paused and will not be recorded for future use or reference.

 

Technology Note for Attending Virtual Training

Before attending an Archbright virtual training class, please ensure that your internet connection provides a minimum of 5 Megabits per second (Mbps) in upload speed. To check your upload speed, visit www.speedtest.net and perform a speed test. If the reported upload speed is significantly less than 5 Mbps, you may experience connectivity issues during your virtual training session, and in such case, we recommend seeking an alternative option.

Cancelation Policy: 

If you wish to cancel your registration and receive a refund, we must be notified at least 2 business days before your scheduled class. For cancelations received less than 2 business days of the class date, and for participants who fail to attend the class, no refund will be issued. Please call our Member Services Team to process your cancelation at 206.329.1120 or 509.381.1635.

Silver and Gold members using their credit code must cancel at least 2 business days before the class date to have their credit reinstated.
