So to improve employee retention, skills, and knowledge, it is in the organization’s best interest for leaders to take on coaching roles. A coach can directly impact an employee’s self-awareness, ability to work independently and cooperatively, and capacity to solve problems. But it’s important to equip your coaches with the tools to guide employees in the right direction.
In Coaching for Success, participants will practice a straightforward model to develop coaching skills that improve employee performance and interpersonal effectiveness.
After completing this course, participants will be able to:
- Increase motivation by drawing out unique talents of individual team members
- Enhance employee performance and communication with a four-step coaching model
- Improve productivity and quality by coaching underperforming employees
- Increase engagement and prevent turnover by coaching high-potential employees
Note: Coaching for Success is offered as a stand-alone class and is also one module in either of our 3-day classes, Supervisory Skills or Management Fundamentals.
Our live, instructor-led classes are designed for, and rely on, active participation to ensure a quality learning experience. Because of this, these sessions will not be paused and will not be recorded for future use or reference.
Technology Note for Attending Virtual Training
Before attending an Archbright virtual training class, please ensure that your internet connection provides a minimum of 5 Megabits per second (Mbps) in upload speed. To check your upload speed, visit www.speedtest.net and perform a speed test. If the reported upload speed is significantly less than 5 Mbps, you may experience connectivity issues during your virtual training session, and in such case, we recommend seeking an alternative option.
Cancelation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your registration and receive a refund, we must be notified at least 2 business days before your scheduled class. For cancelations received less than 2 business days of the class date, and for participants who fail to attend the class, no refund will be issued. Please call our Member Services Team to process your cancelation at 206.329.1120 or 509.381.1635.
Silver and Gold members using their credit code must cancel at least 2 business days before the class date to have their credit reinstated.
