Number of Seats Available: 25Since one of the major factors in our professional success is our ability to work with others, it can be helpful to develop an awareness of our unique behaviors and the behaviors of those we work with. This information provides an opportunity to uncover strategies for modifying behavior toward more successful relationships, thereby increasing effectiveness and reducing tension.
Before attending the course, participants will take the online Everything DiSC® Workplace Profile and receive a 20-page report based on the results. Participants will use their personalized reports in class to better understand different work styles and how to build more effective relationships.
After completing this course, participants will be able to:
- Increase productivity and reduce tension by bridging differences between themselves and others in the workplace
- Identify their DiSC® styles and explore the priorities that drive them
- Acknowledge how each DiSC® style contributes to the team or organization
- Discover their reactions to different DiSC® styles, identifying areas of comfort and discomfort
Our live, instructor-led classes are designed for, and rely on, active participation to ensure a quality learning experience. Because of this, these sessions will not be paused and will not be recorded for future use or reference.
Technology Note for Attending Virtual Training

Cancelation Policy:
Archbright's cancelation policy has changed!
- If you wish to cancel OR reschedule your registration and you provide at least 2 business days' notice, a $100 change fee will now apply. All payments in excess of $100 will be refunded. If the registration fee is less than $100, there will be no refund issued.
- Cancelations requested with less than 2 business days' notice are non-refundable.
- An organization is permitted to send a different individual in place of someone else and not incur the $100 fee, however some exceptions apply.
