The Benefits Plus Survey is provided to assist organizations in evaluating and defining employee benefit offerings. When making benefit and policy decisions, consideration should be given not only to one or several surveys, but to your organization’s philosophy, resources, and the environment, both internal and external, in which you operate.
The organizational mix represents data from 306 total organizations including 98 (32%) nonprofit and 15 (5%) public sector organizations across Washington & Oregon.
