Supervisory Skills is our most popular class, and participants return to the workplace using the tools to great effect. However, without time set aside to review and reinforce the tools, it is only natural that the skills fade over time. Whether you’ve taken the three-day Supervisory Skills course six months ago or two years ago, you may be ready for our Supervisory Skills Tune-Up.
In just half a day, you practice all the models covered in the three-day Supervisory Skills course and work in small groups to solve performance and behavior problems with case studies from various industries. Participants are invited to bring their current supervisory challenges to the class to gain insights they can put to immediate use back at work.
As the case studies will be frequently updated, we suggest supervisors repeat the Supervisory Skills Tune-Up annually.
Archbright’s 3-Day Supervisory Skills course is a prerequisite for this class.
