Course Description

For over 80 years, millions of people have used the DiSC system of behavioral styles to improve their relationships and productivity at work. Understanding each person’s unique blend of the four styles—dominance, influence, steadiness, and conscientiousness—can help ensure effective communication and teamwork.

Managing with DiSC is a personalized learning experience that has been proven to increase the effectiveness of anyone in a supervisory or management role.
