Course Description

A Gallup poll of more than a million U.S. workers concluded that the number one reason people quit their jobs is a bad boss or immediate manager. The good news is that managers can dramatically boost their effectiveness by using consistent models for everyday managerial activities.

Management Fundamentals tackles these critical activities in depth, supporting participants in their efforts to give effective feedback, coach, delegate, improve performance, and foster teamwork. The course also includes structured activities where participants can practice and apply the skills 
they’re learning.

Please note: The following stand-alone classes will be covered in Management Fundamentals: Feedback for Success, Coaching for Success, Discipline and Documentation, and Delegating and Setting Expectations.
