Course Description

So you have a union workforce? Do you treat union employees differently than non-union? Employers with a union workforce may feel that their hands are tied because of the fact that their workers are represented by a union. Often managers and executives do not understand the rights management has, or can have, under the union contract and labor law.

This training will help management effectively and efficiently manage their union employees while complying with both the contract and the law and maintaining positive labor relations.
