Course Description

As Edward Deming once said, “We don’t have to change. Survival isn’t mandatory.” In today’s world of innovation, being able to effectively navigate through and embrace change has become a key to organizational sustainability.  

Our Change Management course provides employees with the tools they need to move from change resistant to commitment. They will learn the importance of adapting to change effectively and how to navigate through the four stages of change. 

After completing this course, participants will be able to:

  • List the risks of poor change management 
  • Contribute to a change-savvy organizational culture 
  • Diagnose where individuals or teams are in the change acceptance process
