Course Description

As Dr. W. Edwards Deming once said, “Survival is optional. No one has to change.” In today’s world of innovation, being able to effectively navigate through and embrace change has become a key to organizational sustainability.

Our Change Management for Leaders course provides employees with the tools they need to move from change-resistant to commitment. They will learn the importance of adapting to change effectively and how to navigate through the four stages of change.
