Course Description

It is often said that an organization’s greatest asset is its people. That’s why the role of a coach is especially important. Coaching involves a partnering of two people that increases the employee’s self-awareness, the ability to work both independently and cooperatively, and the capacity to solve problems. As a coach, you work to develop your people, who then have the skills to achieve business objectives.

In Coaching for Success, participants will practice a straightforward model to develop coaching skills that improve employee performance and interpersonal effectiveness.

Note: Coaching for Success is offered as a stand-alone class and is also one module in our 3-day Supervisory Skills course.

After completing this course, participants will be able to:

  • Increase motivation by drawing out unique talents of individual team members
  • Enhance employee performance and communication with a four-step coaching model
  • Improve productivity and quality by coaching underperforming employees
